Engineering & Process Development

With a team of skilled engineers and technicians we develop and manufacture complex catheters in fully equipped ISO 7/8 cleanrooms.
SG Medical provides different applications in engineering as well as process development: Gluing (UV, IR / Oven), Soldering, Laser welding and Lamination (Reflow).
From early-stage prototypes to commercial products, our process experts develop/improve the manufacturability while taking into account the scalability and the customer’s needs.
SG Medical takes many steps of process development from new manufacturing development, Design of Experiments (DOE) to final PPQ, we support our customers in all steps toward the device validation.
